On 29 June 2026, Centigrade will be hosting its own workshop at the Nuremberg Digital Festival (NUEDIGITAL)<\/a>. Together with Michael Briem from mindline energy, Thomas Immich, CEO of Centigrade, will lead a session in which AI personas are not only explained but also brought to life.<\/p>\n

LeanScope AI: Virtual personas for customers and politicians<\/h3>\n

The workshop focuses on LeanScope AI<\/a>, a tool for creating virtual customer and political personas based on empirical data. Using concrete examples \u2013 including fictional politician personas \u2013 the workshop team demonstrates how AI-supported personas are developed and how they can be used as discussion partners in various contexts: from product development in the energy sector to political communication.<\/p>\n

A key theme is the question of what actually constitutes good AI work: the workshop makes it clear that empirical evidence forms the basis for valid AI results, as without reliable data there can be no reliable personas.<\/p>\n

Live interaction with AI politicians<\/h3>\n

A particular highlight is the planned live interaction with the AI politicians. Participants can ask the virtual personas questions directly and see how they respond to critical or uncomfortable queries.
