OMICRON releases Centigrade-flavored system testing software
OMICRON, a long-standing customer of Centigrade has released RelayLabTest, an innovative desktop-based software to test protection devices. RelayLabTest enables users to simulate entire power networks in order to achieve most realistic operating conditions. The software already complies with the requirements of the future standard IEC 60255-121 for distance protection devices. Centigrade supported OMICRON during the entire user interface design and engineering process of the WPF-based user interface from start to end.

Centigrade moves into new office premises
Since end of May 2012, Centigrade resides in its new office premises in Science Park 2, which are two times the size of the old office.
Thomas Immich, CEO Centigrade: “Moving into new premises was the logical consequence of Centigrade’s steady growth. The new office allows us to keep increasing the strength of our team in order to respond to the growing demand regarding our services. As a side effect, moving offices in the way we did is also ‘user friendly’ for our clients from the communication perspective, since the familiar contact data has not changed –just the floor levels did.”

On March 1st 2012 the software appointed – Der Termin has won the first Mobile Award Austria (MAwA12). The Vienna-based company DI Klaus Kurz won the first prize in the category „Health, Sports & Lifestyle“ for the mobile component of its product.
appointed – Der Termin is a scheduling software for the medical domain that has been developed in cooperation with physicians. An intelligent calendar is provided to enable the coordination of appointments and teams of physicians, while patients can manage their appointments online and be reminded via SMS.
Since 2010, Centigrade supports appointed with the business look & feel BizLaF as well as with the design of exclusive product icons. In addition, icons from Centigrade’s stock icon set FlareSeries support the modern and elegant appearance of the application.
