What is behind the certification?
The renowned Great Place to Work® Certified certification program of the international research and consulting institute stands for a special commitment to shaping workplace culture and is awarded according to a secure procedure.
Our employees rated us in an anonymous survey on topics such as fairness, teamwork, respect, etc. The result was an incredible overall Great Place to Work® rating of 97 percent! The topic of fairness in particular received an enormous 98 percent approval rating. That makes us all the more pleased.
