Ethics in the world of IT
In fact, ethics is a highly relevant issue in IT, and not only since scandals about data collectors, hacker attacks, or weapons sales on the dark web. Especially for UX and usability professionals, who place people at the center of their work, ethics — conscious, reasoned decision-making and understanding the consequences of those decisions — is a constant challenge.
To support professionals in mastering these challenges, Clemens Lutsch, Head of UX Strategy at Centigrade, explains the fundamentals of ethics in the German UPA webinar. He shows how ethics behaves in the context of everyday human-centered design and what is ultimately important for UX and usability professionals in this area.
