UX Agentic AI | Deep Dive

Agents prefer to communicate via MCP servers. But what exactly is an MCP server and how does it work at its core? Why can they solve complex problems across application boundaries and how do you control their workflows and orchestration through clever handoffs and boundaries of responsibility? Answers to these questions will be provided in this deep-dive training.

Who is this training for?

Interested parties who wish to acquire further competencies in this topic. Good prior knowledge in UX and advanced knowledge in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, RAG, AI automation, and low-code are required.

Why this training

More and more logic sequences and process automations are being taken over by AI agents. These processes often happen silently, and risks and errors remain unnoticed. It is therefore necessary to understand how to stabilize agentic workflows and make them reproducible, and how to bring humans back into control.
