On June 24, PREVISIONZ and East Side Fab. opened their doors for "Innovation by PREVISIONZ" as part of FabCademy, a full day dedicated to artificial intelligence in the workplace. Alongside keynotes by Prof. Dr. Verena Wolf (DFKI) and Patrick Klein (Proalpha Group), a series of hands-on small-group workshops formed the core of the program.
Prompt engineering meets stage show
One of these workshops was led by Thomas Immich, CEO of Centigrade and the mind behind LeanScope AI: "Top of the Prompts". Inspired by the classic music show "Top of the Pops", the format centered on a custom-built pixel game designed like a casting show.
Participants wrote prompts and sent their own animated pixel character onto a virtual stage, where it performed in front of an in-game jury. This turned a technical exercise into a tangible and playful experience combining creativity, structure, and a touch of competition.
A format built for exchange
"Innovation by" is designed as a traveling format: after PREVISIONZ, the next host is already being discussed. For Centigrade, the event once again showed that AI competence is not created by theory alone, but through shared experimentation where business, research, and practice meet.
