From the structure and concrete content to the design of the exercises: We took each module and adapted it to the new learning environment. The temporal separation of the training sessions was particularly important to us in order to accommodate the lower attention span in the digital space. Normally our trainings take place on two consecutive days. In the online formats we work together over four days but in shorter blocks. We drastically reduced the number of lecture phases by our trainers: in the future, we will focus even more on practical training and application of the content online. Our digital training tool LeanScope, which enables participants to implement the training content independently and project-related, supports us in this. This year, our experts were also frequently asked to give short, inspiring talks. This is a popular format that whets the appetite for UX topics and provides arguments for integration into your own company.
Our colleagues at ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG, whom we were able to train online on the subject of “User interfaces to inspire with truly user-centric requirements”, also confirmed that the new concept works. The Austrian company for packaging solutions was convinced by our training concept:

We look forward to further sharpening our online formats and trying out new methods to bring our customers closer to user experience, even at a distance.
