IT Inkubator, the young start-up Sparkberry and Centigrade combined their expertise to make the creation of shift plans more efficient and, above all, faster. The vision is to use an adaptive algorithm to enable managers with "Smart Scheduling" to create shift plans for employees within minutes instead of days.

We were competently supported by Centigrade in the development of an intelligent shift planner software. In the course of the project, Centigrade created various navigation and interaction concepts for us and created an aesthetic, intuitive design that optimally covers user needs. In a very short time, a user centered interface for the software was created.
