The first commandment in e-commerce: customer satisfaction

Competition and price pressure are increasing in e-commerce. Small and medium-sized vendors have to optimize the UX and usability of their online shops to ensure their competitiveness. We supported DG Verlag in increasing customer satisfaction with its online shop "GenoBuy" and in positively influencing the customer’s buying behaviour.

By taking into account the technical possibilities and involving the users directly, we were able to develop a thoroughly user-friendly online shop system. Customers are presented with start pages, navigation options and product displays adapted to their respective roles. This enables them to complete their purchases even more intuitively. We consolidated and secured the newly developed and existing components of the online shop for DG Verlag in a lively and easily accessible style guide.
