What to expect
Our journey into the human psyche begins with the basics of behavioral psychology around the topic of motivation and work. Together we will look at ways to adapt this knowledge to the real business environment. How can framework conditions at the workplace be linked with gamification - where are similarities, where differences?
During this training you will develop the theoretical contents in a practical way including a lot of exercises and a workbook, which will lead you to the direct implementation of the first steps.
The topics in detail:
- What management can learn from behavioral psychology
- How to create a framework to enable Growth Mindset
- How the basic structure of "Games" can serve you as a model for the design of work processes
- What is the role of the executive in the gamified company like?
- Which possibilities are open to you and what you can learn from examples?
Who should attend
This training is developed for project teams, UX designers, managers, HR managers, workplace designers, process designers and marketing managers.
You will learn about the fascinating world of irrational behavior of people and how to compare this knowledge to your previous assumptions about motivating work environments. Ideally, you will find that proven methods from games and sports can be of use for you too. Eye opener are therefore guaranteed – as well as new, scientifically based insights into what people drives.
Are you looking for hands-on tools that enable the use of enterprise gaming (with the entire spectrum from gamification to serious games) in your company and make it controllable? This training introduces you to our favourite tools and methods, which we have successfully been using to develop and implement gamification for companies for a long time.
After two days of training, you will be able to consciously decide on the 'pros and cons' of using intrinsically motivating activities. You will acquire the competence to initiate the first steps.
If you have a need, we will also be happy to respond to a real challenge from your day-to-day business and to work out a tailor-made solution together with you.
Note: In our UX Academy trainings, we focus on groups (e.g. the UX department of a company). The number of participants is a minimum of 6. If you would like to register together with other people, you can also register as an individual, provided that the minimum number of participants is reached. -
