This customer project was completed in just five days and combines a well-structured, minimalist design with a clear user interface. The concept developed by Centigrade focuses on different needs of the user: the screen on the ticket machine ergonomically adapts to the height of the user. It consists either of an active-use part in the upper half and purely informative content in the lower half – or vice versa. In addition the concept addresses the needs of both locals and tourists and with the possibility of displaying two languages in parallel, ensures that they can cooperate. For example, a frequent traveler can help a Russian tourist to choose the route and tickets because they both understand the displayed text at the same time.
