Which design school of thought is more meaningful?
- Customer Centered Design, i.e. CX or
- User Centered Design, i.e. UX?
Or do we simply need a new school of thought, since the climate crisis means that we are living in a time when it no longer makes sense to focus solely on people? So is there a need for something like Environment Centered Design? Planet Centered Design? Impact Driven Design?
